The customer has the right to cancel the order before the order status changes to "Completed." If the order is canceled after completion but before delivery, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
 
If the order arrives damaged or incomplete, the customer must contact customer service within three (3) days of receiving the order to file a complaint, providing a description and supporting documentation. The store will address the complaint thoroughly.
 
The customer has the right to exchange or return coffee items within seven days of receiving the order, provided the items have not been used or opened. This is subject to the exchange and return policy published on the store website.
 
Except for orders that do not match the customer"s request or defective products, the customer is not entitled to exchange or return coffee products, as stipulated in Article (11) of the Executive Regulations of the E-Commerce Law. Coffee is considered a non-resale product once returned.
 
Credit card fees and shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
If the shipment is returned and the customer"s information is correct, and the customer has not been contacted by the shipping company, Truth Roastery will bear the return shipping costs. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect customer information and the customer requests reshipment, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
 
If a shipment is returned due to the customer"s failure to cooperate with the shipping company representative and the customer requests reshipment, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
